The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was near subway lines (this made getting around easy).

The room was quite small. There was no fridge in the room. Counter space in the bathroom was lacking. (I found this inconvenient for storing toiletries).

The location was pretty good with convenient access to public transportation.

I found the room quite small and not particularly well-designed. There was no closet or drawers to store clothes (a big problem for me!), and the so-called desk was more like a small side table. The heating unit was noisy as well. It made sleeping difficult.

Fantastic Stay near Wall Street!

The location was AMAZING, very close to many subway lines. The staff was helpful and polite. They serviced the rooms daily. I liked that the rooms were clean with daily cleaning.

The breakfast room was a little small. It could get very crowded during peak hours, and sometimes, the buffet items ran out quickly, needing refills.

The Superior King room was very clean with modern décor. Daily towel changes happened. Space for luggage existed under the bed, I found. The room was also quiet.

My room was clean and modern. The shower worked well and the wifi was free. I also enjoyed the coffee available each morning. It was a nice extra considering breakfast was not an option.

My room was small considering the price. I think I had the smallest room on the floor. There was no bedside table on either side of the bed and no usable wardrobe.

The two gentlemen who work during the day were accommodating. They were also efficient, and provided great customer service. They seemed genuinely interested in making my stay as smooth as possible.

There is no food available at the hotel. There is no breakfast, no restaurant and no bar. there is a Starbucks in the same building.

I had a queen ADA room. This meant the room was bigger and the bathroom was too. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were crisp linen and the pillows were soft and fluffy.
